West Coast Inn's Policy
WEST COAST INN'S POLICIES
- West Coast Inn reserves the right to cancel or terminate a guest's stay at any time, at the discretion of management.
- Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. We do not conduct Early Check-In or Late Check-Out.
- The hotel management is not responsible for valuables lost or left in the room, such as jewelry, electronic devices or money.
- It is of utmost importance to maintain silence and/or maintain good behavior in the corridors of our facilities. If we receive a complaint or if our security guard has to intervene for such behavior, the incidentals deposit will not be refunded.
1. Rincon:
*** The Hotel DOES NOT have a generator at this time, if there is any interruption with the service no refund will be offered.
2. Boqueron:
At the moment the apartments DO NOT have an electric generator, in case of power failure, we are not responsible and no refund will be made.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION POLICY
- Any inconvenience or situation must be notified immediately to reception or through our WhatsApp at (787) 662-7067, as we are staffed Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Thursday through Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Cancellations are subject to the price originally paid.
- Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 7 days prior to arrival date, with the right to a refund. If cancelled within 7 days prior to the arrival date, the client will not be entitled to a refund and the penalty will be the amount of the deposit already charged.
- Once the customer has used the room facilities, no change of room can be made for any reason, with the exception of a damaged or dirty room.
CHECK-IN
1. Rincón
Our reception operates exclusively remotely, so all payments will be processed automatically. Without payment of any outstanding balance, we will not proceed with the Check-In via WhatsApp or any other means of communication.

- MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- THURSDAY TO SUNDAY: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
2. Boqueron
We offer two options for Check-In: you can contact us by phone or message to indicate your choice.
Option #1: You can perform your check-in registration in an automated way, with the balance automatically charged to your registered card. You will then receive instructions via text message or WhatsApp.
Option #2: Check-in directly at the Hotel reception desk.
Check-In hours are:
- MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY: 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm
- THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY: 3:00 PM - 7:30 PM
(*Some days the Check-In will be done by phone*)
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.
CHECK-OUT
West Coast Inn's Boqueron and Rincon do not offer Late Check-Out and are open at 11:00AM.
INCIDENTAL CHARGES
1. Rincon:
- For security purposes a $50.00 deposit is required on all room types.
- Our rooms include a small refrigerator and television and our apartments include a refrigerator, stove and television.
- Lost or damaged accessories such as towels, remote control, linens or room decorations are recognized as property damage and the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Boqueron:
- For security purposes a $50.00 deposit is required for rooms and $100.00 for family apartments.
- Incidental charges include: items purchased through the front desk, guide services, or other services provided, and/or any damage to West Coast Inn's property.
- Guests will be responsible for any loss or damage to West Coast Inn's property by themselves or their companions.
BOQUERON AND RINCON PET POLICY
- Cost per pet: $40.00 per stay (to be paid at Check-In).
- To leave or enter the Hotel facilities, your pet must be on a leash at all times.
- Please do not allow your pet on the couches or on the bed.
- Do not bathe your pet in the room showers or use the hotel towels to dry your pet.
- Make sure that your pet does not produce excessive noise or odors and that it does its needs in public areas, remembering to always pick up the droppings. In case of complaints from other guests, the hotel management may request the departure of the pet within 24 hours of notifying the owner.
- All pets must have the necessary equipment to sleep and relieve themselves.
- It is the owner's responsibility that the pet has an identification tag on its collar with the owner's name and telephone number.
- Any damage caused by the pet is the responsibility of the owner.
- If a pet bites a person, the pet will be sent to the hospital immediately with evidence of the pet's vaccinations and will remain under observation for 24 hours. The owner will cover medical expenses and remove the pet from the hotel within 24 hours.
- The space and tranquility of other guests must be respected.
- Pet hygiene is the responsibility of the owner. Please be a responsible pet owner.
- The hotel is not responsible for illness, death, loss, etc., of the pet.
RINCON Y BOQUERON POOL AREA REGULATIONS:
- The swimming pools are open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- The common areas are open until 10:00 p.m.
- All guests must shower before and after using the pool.
- There are no lifeguard services at our facilities. Children over the age of 13 swim at their own discretion, so all children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, including in the children's pool.
- No coolers in the pool area or glass bottles.
- Guests must bring their own pool towels. Towels in the room are for in-room use only.
- Loud music is prohibited in the hotel facilities (keep at a moderate volume).
- The use of the facilities is exclusive for the people who are staying at West Coast Inn's for that reason NO visitors are allowed (including the common areas).
NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Rincon and Boqueron rooms. Smoking in non-designated areas on West Coast Inn's premises will be considered a violation of this subsection and will be subject to a $250 fine.
BELONGINGS IN ROOM
Lost or damaged accessories such as towels, remote control, linens or room decorations are recognized as property damage and therefore no deposit will be refunded.
SECURITY MEASURES
Your safety and the safety of our employees is of utmost importance to us. For this reason we have taken the following security measures to ensure that your stay is a safe and pleasant one.
- Room cleaning service is provided daily. If you do not want the service, please put “Do not Disturb” on your door. Important, if service is desired, there must be no items on the bed.
- Accommodation disinfected after each stay.
- Constant disinfection of the common areas of the hotel.
- All guests will sign the hotel's policies at the time of Check-In.
